- Sépia, à Valras. Récemment classé Bib Gourmand, une adresse de qualité et un bon rapport qualité-prix.
- La Maison de Petit Pierre, in Béziers. At the home of a former Top Chef winner, you'll enjoy a meal that's always perfect.
- Le Bistrot de Colombiers, in Colombiers. Quite sophisticated cuisine, a very good address at a reasonable price.
- Le 9, in Béziers. At the top of the 9 locks, you'll reach it after a short stroll from the car park. The view of the city and cathedral is breathtaking, and the cuisine is just as good. On the way, you can find out more about these locks, which are unique in France.
- Entre Nousin Valras. Home-made Mediterranean cuisine, very friendly team, reasonable prices... Not on the seafront, but quality.
- Joel et Valérie, on the port of Chichoulet in Vendres. Run by fishermen, you only get fish (no side dishes). But extra fresh.
- Restaurant Truck Etape, in Vendres. As its name suggests, it's a roadside restaurant, a bit like a canteen. But it's very clean and the food is top quality. Probably the best value for money, and less than 5 minutes away.
- Les Grands Buffets, in Narbonne, a unique concept and decoration unique in France. To be planned several months in advance
